Anything But Common
by Jean Kimble

ANYTHING BUT COMMON - Here is another study of contrasting lighting, so frequently found in the wild. A common egret is standing at the edge of a little creek; he still possesses his breeding plumage, which is delicate and has a "bridal veil" effect, adding a stately grace. The dark shadows of the opposite bank obscure most of the exposed mud on that side of the creek, but beyond the shadows, the sun shining on his pure white plumage creates a breathtaking image of this beautiful and stately bird.

Framed in a tailored silver frame with navy blue suede mat and silver filet.

Framed dimensions: 26" H x 18" W.
